Overview
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Refunds / Returns
Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order before returning to the address on the shipping package. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Because motion tees are customized and personalized, they cannot be returned and/or refunded. Please make sure you give details in the provided area when ordering. We will attempt to contact you to verify information as needed.
